The Riding Academy

The Riding Academy at In Your Dreams Farm was developed to provide intensive instruction for riders interested in refining their skills. It is the objective of our program to enrich each rider's ability, knowledge and enjoyment of horses through safe and structured sequences of experiences. Horsemanship at the Academy progresses from the fundamentals to the finer points of equitation.

In Your Dreams Farm provides exceptional instruction for our riders from the beginner rider to the advanced equestrian. Our instructors are experienced, professional, dedicated, and friendly. They are accomplished riders and gifted teachers. Their teaching experience allows them to tailor their lessons to meet the needs of each individual.

We offer a very special string of school horses. Our horses can be used for your very first lesson or can be competitive at the "A" shows. When selecting our school horses, we put a strong emphasis on safety. It is important to us that our horses have the temperament and ability to suite the needs of all of our riders.
Our lesson program has opportunities for many different types of riders. Private lessons are available for intensive one-on-one instruction. Group lessons allow riders to have some social interaction and they can learn by watching. We offer adult groups to be followed by lunch on the patio to provide a brief "get away" for busy moms and dads. We also have programs for home schooling children that provide them with social interaction as well as physical activity.

In Your Dreams Farm also promotes and hosts an interscholastic equestrian program called RIFNA. The majority of our show program involves invitational meets and tournaments for RIFNA members from throughout the state of Georgia. Middle school riders through high school seniors compete in Hunter/Jumper, Western, and Dressage competitions.

No matter what your goals are, one of our programs can help you reach them with horsemanship at its finest
